Supermarine Spitefire Mk I

The Supermarine Spitefire was a single-engine, single-seat fighter and fighter bomber. The Spite as it was sometimes called, was the most important British air combat fighter from the begining of the WW II, and was steadily improved without any loss of maneuverability.It's max speed was 408 mph and carried a range of armament that included two 20 mm cannons, four 7.7 mm machine guns and up to 1000 lb of bombs carried under the wings.
